Personal training is ideal to achieve certain physical or sporting goals. During the intake, these goals are thoroughly discussed, an extensive investigation is carried out and an action plan is drawn up. In addition to exercise therapy, fitness training and nutrition are also discussed. The personal training is supervised by a physiotherapist. So injuries or physical complaints can of course be taken into account so that you get in shape safely.
