Pre- and post-natal physiotherapy
If you have no complaints during your pregnancy, we will be happy to explain in one hour what you know best prenatal. We go through the phases of labor and delivery and give tips and tricks about what you can do.
If there are complaints such as pelvic instability or pain, we will get started with adapted targeted treatment techniques, exercises and advice. Postnatally, we will check if your pelvis and back are completely okay, test the strength of your abdominal muscles and then focus on exercise therapy. Strengthening your deep abdominal muscles and your pelvic floor are central, but fitness training also has its place. If you also want to achieve other goals, we will also help you to get back in shape.
