Running is a sport with many repetitions per minute, so the risk of an overload is always around the corner. We screen your running technique and look for dysfunctions in the body that could cause an injury.

 

Running technique analysis

During an analysis of your running technique, we look at what you are doing wrong while running and we give specific advice. This advice includes on the one hand adjusting your running style and on the other hand exercise therapy.

 

Screening risk factors

In addition, we can screen your entire body to prevent an injury. We look for defects and give specific exercises on how to deal with this and how to avoid running injuries.
