Lactate test


The aerobic and anaerobic thresholds are determined during an exercise test on our own bicycle or on our treadmill. This way we know exactly at which point your muscles can no longer absorb enough oxygen and start producing lactic acid. This is essential to correctly determine your training zones and thus optimize your training. The lactate values ​​are measured by means of an injection in the ear. You go home with a graph of your lactate values ​​and the exact training zones for your sport.
